How healthy is your QA, honestly?
Twelve questions, about four minutes. You get a maturity score, a breakdown across five dimensions, the three fixes with the most leverage for your situation, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. Nothing is gated — the result appears on screen whether or not you ever talk to us.

Want this reviewed by a human?
Send the result below and we will go through it properly — a call, then a short written report with the gaps that matter for your specific product, architecture and release cadence. No charge, and no obligation to work with us.
Optional second step
Have a human read it
The assessment cannot see your architecture, your defect history or the reason your last release slipped. A person can. Send your result and we will go through it properly — a call, then a short written report specific to your product.
- Thirty minutes, no slide deck, no pitch
- A written report you can circulate internally
- An honest answer if we are not the right fit for you
- No cost, and no obligation of any kind
If you completed the assessment above, your score and answers are attached automatically so you do not have to explain the basics twice.
FAQ
About the health check
Is this really free?
Yes, and there is no signup wall in front of the score — you can take the assessment, read your result and leave. Sending it to us for a human review is optional. We do this because a team that understands its own gaps is a far better conversation than a cold pitch, and because plenty of teams read the roadmap and fix things themselves. That is a fine outcome.
How accurate can twelve questions be?
It is a directional instrument, not an audit. It is good at identifying which dimension is your constraint, and it is deliberately hard to score well on by accident. It cannot see your architecture, your team dynamics or your actual defect history — which is exactly what the human review adds.
What does the human review involve?
A thirty-minute call about your product, stack and release process, then a short written report: what we would fix first, what we would deliberately leave alone for now, and a 30/60/90-day plan specific to you. No slide deck, no pricing until you ask.
Will I get put on a mailing list?
No. Your details are used to reply to you and nothing else. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no reselling. If you do not reply, we do not chase you more than once.
We scored well. Is there any point talking?
Sometimes not, and we will say so. Teams scoring in the top band usually have narrower problems — performance baselines, AI evaluation, production signals, or the cost of maintaining a suite that has grown large. If that is you, tell us which one and skip the general assessment.
