1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Afoxlabs ([registered entity name]), India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The website is information, not an offer

Descriptions of services, engagement models and capabilities on this site are for information and are not a contractual offer. Nothing on this site creates an obligation on either side. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and service levels exist only in a signed statement of work.

3. The QA Health Check

The assessment is a free, directional self-evaluation tool. It runs in your browser, produces a generalised score from your own answers, and is not an audit, certification or professional assessment of your software. Any written review we subsequently provide is our professional opinion based on the limited information available to us. You remain solely responsible for decisions about your product, releases and risk. We accept no liability for actions taken on the basis of the free assessment or a free review.

4. Afoxlabs Labs tools

Free tools published under Afoxlabs Labs are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind and without any service-level commitment. They may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. Do not use them as a dependency in a production system, and do not put sensitive or regulated data into them.

5. Intellectual property

The Afoxlabs name, logo, site design and written content are our property. You may quote or link to content with attribution. You may not republish it substantially in full, or present it as your own.

For paid engagements, ownership is the opposite way around and is stated in the agreement: test code, frameworks and pipeline configuration written for a client are the client's, and are delivered into the client's own repositories. We retain rights only to our pre-existing general-purpose tooling and know-how.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or its forms to send spam, malware or unlawful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• run automated load, scanning or penetration testing against this site without our written permission;
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others.

7. No warranty

The website is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability
